Ingredients

  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 LB Sushi-grade Ahi Tuna Steaks
  • Sesame oil

Directions

1. Brush Tuna with sesame oil and salt and pepper on each side. Quickly sear both sides over hot Mesquite charcoal, about 1 to 1= minutes per side.
2. Serve with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi.
