Ingredients
- french ham,or any lightly cured
 - cooked low moisture/fat ham
 - brie
 - fresh baguette
 - freshly mixed honey dijon mustard
 - (approx. 60/40 mustard/honey)
 
Directions
This is a very pleasing although simple variation on the ham and cheese sandwhich.  The crusty baguette, delicious non-salty french ham, mild brie, and zesty but sweet honey mustard make a truly memorable combination.
