Ingredients

  • french ham,or any lightly cured
  • cooked low moisture/fat ham
  • brie
  • fresh baguette
  • freshly mixed honey dijon mustard
  • (approx. 60/40 mustard/honey)

Directions

This is a very pleasing although simple variation on the ham and cheese sandwhich. The crusty baguette, delicious non-salty french ham, mild brie, and zesty but sweet honey mustard make a truly memorable combination.
