Ingredients:
french ham,or any lightly curedcooked low moisture/fat ham brie fresh baguette freshly mixed honey dijon mustard (approx. 60/40 mustard/honey)
Directions:
This is a very pleasing although simple variation on the ham and cheese sandwhich. The crusty baguette, delicious non-salty french ham, mild brie, and zesty but sweet honey mustard make a truly memorable combination. |
