Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 oz. halibut steak(can be frozen)
  • lemon pepper
  • olive oil
  • paprika

Directions

Spread olive oil over fish generously. Sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper. Place in a skillet with a thin film of olive oil (a non stick pan works great) and sprinkle top with paprika. Place on high heat for 1 minute. Cover and reduce heat to med. low and cook each side 2-3 minutes ( if frozen will take longer). Fish should be golden brown and lemony colored. Enjoy with your favorite tarter sauce.
