Ingredients

  • 1 can fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 small can chicken breast
  • 2 fat-free flour totillas
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of flour
  • minced onion(however much you want)

Directions

Heat broth, sprinkle in onion and add chicken. Slice tortillas into strips, add to broth mixture and cook until tender. In a shaker, combine skim milk and flour and shake until not lumpy. Add to broth mixture and cook until it thickens slightly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
