Practically Fat-Free Chicken & Dumplings Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 can fat-free chicken broth 1 small can chicken breast 2 fat-free flour totillas 3/4 cup skim milk 1 heaping tablespoon of flour minced onion(however much you want)
Directions:
Heat broth, sprinkle in onion and add chicken. Slice tortillas into strips, add to broth mixture and cook until tender. In a shaker, combine skim milk and flour and shake until not lumpy. Add to broth mixture and cook until it thickens slightly. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
