Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 pound beef cubed steaks
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce Chunky Salsa
  • 6 cups shredded lettuce or 2 cups minute rice
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Directions

In skillet cook steaks in hot oil over medium heat until brown,
turning once.
Add Tomato Sauces Chunky Salsa.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until steaks are tender.
Serve steaks on lettuce or rice.
Top with sauce and cheese.
