Fiesta Minute Steaks Recipe

  Beef

Ingredients:
4 1/2 pound beef cubed steaks
1 tablespoon Oil
1 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce Chunky Salsa
6 cups shredded lettuce or 2 cups minute rice
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Directions:
In skillet cook steaks in hot oil over medium heat until brown,
turning once.
Add Tomato Sauces Chunky Salsa.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until steaks are tender.
Serve steaks on lettuce or rice.
Top with sauce and cheese.
