Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cream (35%)

Directions

1) Bowl 1: Whip the egg yolks with sugar and 1/4 cup maple syrup until light and fluffy.

2) Heat 1/4 cup maple syrup until boiling. Set aside.

3) Bowl 2: Beat egg whites until firm; gradually add warm maple syrup.

4) Bowl 3: Whip cream into stiff peaks.

5) Carefully mix all 3 bowls and fill indivual serving dishes.

6) Freeze for at least 4 hours.
