Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup diced banana
  • 1/3 cup diced seeded tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Directions

In small bowl gently stir all ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
