Ingredients
- 3 lb. Med. Ground pork butt
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 2 lb. Med. Ground beef chuck
- 2 tsp. White pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Salt
- 8 cloves pressed garlic
- 4 tbsp. Liquid smoke
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing. Bake or fry.
