Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Med. Ground pork butt
  • 3 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 lb. Med. Ground beef chuck
  • 2 tsp. White pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Salt
  • 8 cloves pressed garlic
  • 4 tbsp. Liquid smoke

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing. Bake or fry.
