Ingredients:
3 lb. Med. Ground pork butt3 tsp. Sugar 2 lb. Med. Ground beef chuck 2 tsp. White pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. Salt 8 cloves pressed garlic 4 tbsp. Liquid smoke
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing. Bake or fry. | |
