• 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 15 oz can refried beans
  • 1 package wonton skins
  • 4 T chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cup grated monterey jack
  • oil for frying
  • taco sauce and salsa


Cook beef in skillet and drain. Mix in taco seasoning, beans, cheese, and chilies. Place a generous teaspoon of mixture on center of wonton skin. fold sides over forming an envelope. Moisten points and press to seal. Fry a few at a time in hot oil about one minute per side.
Serve with taco sauce and salsa.
