Tex Mex Appetizer | |
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 15 oz can refried beans 1 package wonton skins 4 T chopped green chilies 1/2 cup grated monterey jack oil for frying taco sauce and salsa
Directions:
Cook beef in skillet and drain. Mix in taco seasoning, beans, cheese, and chilies. Place a generous teaspoon of mixture on center of wonton skin. fold sides over forming an envelope. Moisten points and press to seal. Fry a few at a time in hot oil about one minute per side. Serve with taco sauce and salsa. |
