Ingredients
- 1 onion diced
- 1/3 cup carrot, minced
- 1 cabbage leaf, minced
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 heaping tsp. miso (soy bean paste)
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp. Tahini
Directions
Saute onion, carrot, and cabbage in oil for 5 minutes. Add miso, water and Tahini; bring to a boiling. reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Yield: 2 servings
