Miso Soup Recipe

  Japanese Soup

Ingredients:
1 onion diced
1/3 cup carrot, minced
1 cabbage leaf, minced
2 tsp. oil
4 heaping tsp. miso (soy bean paste)
4 cups water
2 tsp. Tahini

Directions:
Saute onion, carrot, and cabbage in oil for 5 minutes. Add miso, water and Tahini; bring to a boiling. reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Yield: 2 servings
