Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 3 slices Onion
  • 3 cups Potato (diced raw)
  • 1/4 cup Rice (uncooked)
  • 1 cup Celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 cans Kidney Beans (drained)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Whole Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Worcesteshire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

Lightly mix all ingredients in a casserole dish, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
