Ingredients
- PECAN JAM
- 4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 4 Tblsp ground ginger
- 4 Tblsp brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tblsp cinnamon (if desired)
Directions
Put in a pan large enough to hold all ingredients and allow for stirring. Heat in open pan until all ingredients blend and turn a rich, golden color. Can be canned in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
