Ingredients

  • PECAN JAM
  • 4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 cup sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 4 Tblsp ground ginger
  • 4 Tblsp brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tblsp cinnamon (if desired)

Directions

Put in a pan large enough to hold all ingredients and allow for stirring. Heat in open pan until all ingredients blend and turn a rich, golden color. Can be canned in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
