Ingredients:
PECAN JAM4 cup finely chopped pecans 4 cup sugar pinch salt 4 Tblsp ground ginger 4 Tblsp brown sugar 2 sticks butter 4 Tblsp apple cider vinegar 1 Tblsp cinnamon (if desired)
Directions:
Put in a pan large enough to hold all ingredients and allow for stirring. Heat in open pan until all ingredients blend and turn a rich, golden color. Can be canned in a hot water bath for 15 minutes. |
