Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. green onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, put through a garlic press
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. minced dried parsley
Directions
Combine into a ball and chill in the refrigerator for 3 days. Roll ball in coarsely ground black pepper or dried minced parsley before serving with a variety of crackers.
