Boursin cheese ball Recipe | |

Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. green onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, put through a garlic press 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 tsp. minced dried parsley
Directions:
Combine into a ball and chill in the refrigerator for 3 days. Roll ball in coarsely ground black pepper or dried minced parsley before serving with a variety of crackers. |
