Ingredients
- 4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 lb. feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese (optional
- 4 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 15 fila sheets
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
Directions
Allow spinach to stand at room temperature to defrost completely. Squeeze dry and combine with remaining ingredients. Proceed as in Spanakopeta- Filling I
