Ingredients

  • 4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 lb. feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese (optional
  • 4 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 15 fila sheets
  • 1/2 lb. butter, melted

Directions

Allow spinach to stand at room temperature to defrost completely. Squeeze dry and combine with remaining ingredients. Proceed as in Spanakopeta- Filling I
