Ingredients:
4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach1 8-oz. package cream cheese 1 lb. feta cheese 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese (optional 4 egg, slightly beaten 2 Tbs. olive oil Dash of salt and pepper 15 fila sheets 1/2 lb. butter, melted
Directions:
Allow spinach to stand at room temperature to defrost completely. Squeeze dry and combine with remaining ingredients. Proceed as in Spanakopeta- Filling I |
