Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef stew or sirloin tip roast cut into small pieces
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

Place beef in bottom of crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients well, and pour over beef. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.
