Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 med can of v-8 juice ( 8-12 oz )
  • 1/2 cup ketsup
  • 1-2 Tbl dry mustard
  • 1 Tbl salt
  • 1 Tbl Pepper
  • 2-1/2-3 Tbl chili powder
  • 1 Tbl + 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Cook together, the longer the better.
I usually add some water to it if it dries out to fast to keep it moist.
