Michigan (hot dog) Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 med can of v-8 juice ( 8-12 oz )
1/2 cup ketsup
1-2 Tbl dry mustard
1 Tbl salt
1 Tbl Pepper
2-1/2-3 Tbl chili powder
1 Tbl + 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
Cook together, the longer the better.
I usually add some water to it if it dries out to fast to keep it moist.
