Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 med can of v-8 juice ( 8-12 oz )
- 1/2 cup ketsup
- 1-2 Tbl dry mustard
- 1 Tbl salt
- 1 Tbl Pepper
- 2-1/2-3 Tbl chili powder
- 1 Tbl + 1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Cook together, the longer the better.
I usually add some water to it if it dries out to fast to keep it moist.
