Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs. boneless steak, cut up in small pieces
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour over steak. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crockpot. Serve over rice.
