Teriyaki Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. boneless steak, cut up in small pieces
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour over steak. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crockpot. Serve over rice.
