Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese (light for less calories.)
  • 1 cup *8 oz.) sour cream (light, if desired)
  • 1 package (9 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 package artichokes (9 oz.) frozen, hearts, thawed, drained and chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt-seasoning blen, OR salt-free blend
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Reduced-fat crackers, or regular crackers

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in spinach and artichokes; mix well.Add lemon juice, seasoning blend and pepper. Transfer to a 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until mixture bubbles around the edges. Serve warm with crackers.
