Ingredients
- 2 quarts apple cider or apple juice
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup rum
Directions
Simmer juice, sugar, and cinnamon 15 to 20 minutes. Add butter and rum and simmer another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 8.
