Ingredients
- 12 oz. of beer
- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- seasoned salt
- black pepper
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. raw, deveined shrimp, in the shells
- Cocktail Sauce:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 to 3 tsp. creamed horseradish
- 1 to 2 Tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- dashes of salt, pepper, cayenne
- snipped rosemary, to taste
Directions
Place beer, rosemary, several dashes of seasoned salt and pepper in the bottom of a steamer. Bring to a boil. Steam the shrimp 3 to 5 minutes until pink and cooked through. For cocktail sauce: Mix all ingredients together.
