Rosemary Steamed Shrimp Recipe

  American Appetizer

Ingredients:
12 oz. of beer
3 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
seasoned salt
black pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. raw, deveined shrimp, in the shells

Cocktail Sauce:
3/4 cup ketchup
1 to 3 tsp. creamed horseradish
1 to 2 Tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice
dashes of salt, pepper, cayenne
snipped rosemary, to taste

Directions:
Place beer, rosemary, several dashes of seasoned salt and pepper in the bottom of a steamer. Bring to a boil. Steam the shrimp 3 to 5 minutes until pink and cooked through. For cocktail sauce: Mix all ingredients together.
