Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz. can tuna (drained and flaked)
- 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 2 gherkins (finely chopped)
- 4 tomatoes (cut into wedges)
- 4 black olives (chopped)
- 2 oz. French dressing
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
Directions
Mix tuna, eggs, gherkins, tomatoes and olives in a salad bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss well to coat. Chill for 30 minutes, then garnish with the chopped parsley.
