TUNA FISH SALAD Recipe

  American Salad

Ingredients:
1 - 10 oz. can tuna (drained and flaked)
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
2 gherkins (finely chopped)
4 tomatoes (cut into wedges)
4 black olives (chopped)
2 oz. French dressing
1 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions:
Mix tuna, eggs, gherkins, tomatoes and olives in a salad bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss well to coat. Chill for 30 minutes, then garnish with the chopped parsley.
