Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tsps. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, cold
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 20-oz. cans pie filling(apple, cherry, etc

Directions

Sift dry ingredients, cut in margarine. Add eggs and mix until crumbling. Put half the mixture in a 13""x9""pan. Add filling and top with remaining mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until done. Cool Sprinkle with powdered sugar
