Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh tuna steaks, 1" thick
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1 Wash and dry tuna steaks. Generously coat steaks with Cajun seasoning.
2 In a large skillet or frying pan heat oil and butter over medium high heat until oil is nearly smoking. Place steaks in pan and cook one side for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn steaks and cook until tuna is white in the middle.
