• 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pureed
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 2 T shallots, chopped
  • 2 t Kikkoman Salt Reduced Soy Sauce
  • 1 T chives, chopped
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 200g (7 oz.) canned crab meat
  • Corn chips or nachos


Combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Garnish with extra chives and paprika. Serve with corn chips or nachos
