Pacific Avocado Dip Recipe

  American Dips

1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pureed
1 T lemon juice
1/2 C sour cream
2 T shallots, chopped
2 t Kikkoman Salt Reduced Soy Sauce
1 T chives, chopped
Dash of cayenne pepper
200g (7 oz.) canned crab meat
Corn chips or nachos

Combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Garnish with extra chives and paprika. Serve with corn chips or nachos
