Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. kielbasa, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 t dry mustard
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 c finely chopped onion
  • 2 jars chili sauce
  • 2 T butter
  • 20-oz. can pineapple chunks

Directions

Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion, chili sauce, butter and pineapple in saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Add kielbasa and continue cooking for 1 hour. Serve warm. Keeps well in freezer
