Ingredients
- 1 C. fresh basil leaves, firmly packed
- 6 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, quartered
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- cooked spaghetti
Directions
Place all ingredients except oil in food processor. Process with several on/off turns untill blended. With processor running gradually add oil to make a snooth thick paste. Toss mixture with hot drained spaghetti or linguini
