Ingredients
- 3/4 cup long grain or brown rice
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 head coarsely chopped cabbage
- salt, pepper, dill, and cinnamon to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer until rice and cabbage are tender. If using brown rice, simmer rice for 15 minutes before adding other ingredients.
