Vegan Cabbage No-Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup long grain or brown rice
1 1/3 cup water
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 head coarsely chopped cabbage
salt, pepper, dill, and cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer until rice and cabbage are tender. If using brown rice, simmer rice for 15 minutes before adding other ingredients.
Serves: 4
