Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Hot (Prepared) Coffee
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee, and milk; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; beat for 2 more minutes.

Pour batter into greased and floured pans (2 9"; or 2 8" plus 6 muffin cups). Bake at 325 deg. for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost as desired.
