Ingredients
- 1 large can (1 lb. 13oz.) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup coornflakes, broken
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except topping ingredients, and bake for 25 minutes at 350 deg. in an 8 1/2 X 8 1/2 glass dish.
Mix topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake an additional 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
