Crunchy Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 large can (1 lb. 13oz.) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. nutmeg 3/4 stick butter, melted TOPPING: 1/2 cup nuts 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup coornflakes, broken 3/4 stick butter, melted
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except topping ingredients, and bake for 25 minutes at 350 deg. in an 8 1/2 X 8 1/2 glass dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake an additional 25 minutes at 350 degrees. |
