Also known as Hard Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/8 c brandy
Directions
Cream butter. Add sugar and continue beating. Add brandy and beat. Add more brandy or sugar to make a softer or harder spread. Great on hot pies or spread on bread.
