Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter1 cup confectioners' sugar 1/8 c brandy
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and continue beating. Add brandy and beat. Add more brandy or sugar to make a softer or harder spread. Great on hot pies or spread on bread.Also known as Hard Sauce.
