Ingredients
- 2 cans Chicken and Rice Soup
- 1 cup Chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Avacado, diced
- 2 Green Onions,chopped, include green part
- 1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Directions
In a large saucepan, mix soup with 2 cans of water and heat. Add chicken and heat through. Pour heated soup into four soup bowls.Combine chopped vegetables in a another bowl. Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each bowl of soup and serve. Serves 4
