Ingredients
- 225 g pasta (I use the little horn-shaped noodles)
- 500 g fresh tomatoes, skinned and chopped, or an equivalent amount of canned tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g feta cheese, cubed
- 5 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 75 g black olives, pitted
- 2 tsp Herbes de Provence herb mix
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack and drain. Mix with the other ingredients in a bowl. Let rest for some time (even overnight) in a cool place before serving.
